Lamar Jackson and Ravens begin season without contract extension

Summary

League sources indicate that Jackson has shifted his focus entirely toward the upcoming games rather than negotiations. This development keeps Jackson playing under his current status as the team begins its 2026 campaign. No further talks regarding an extension are currently scheduled for the immediate future.
