Lando Norris secures victory at Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort

Lando Norris of McLaren F1 Team claimed victory at the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort on August 23, 2026. Starting from pole position, he briefly lost the lead to Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli after a red flag caused by Max Verstappen’s crash. Norris regained control midway and finished 11.536 seconds ahead of Antonelli. George Russell completed the podium in third place for Mercedes. Following 12 rounds of the season, Antonelli leads the drivers' championship with 242 points, while Norris moves to fourth with 159 points. The next event on the calendar is the Italian Grand Prix at Monza from September 4-6.
