Lawsuit against Shilo Sanders dropped without explanation

Shilo Sanders, former safety for Colorado, has seen a lawsuit against him dropped in Dallas. The law firm of Barnes & Thornburg LLP had sued Sanders for $164,285 in unpaid bills but voluntarily dismissed the case. No reason was given for the dismissal, which allows the firm to possibly refile in the future. Sanders is also in pending Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, dealing with more than $11 million in debts, primarily related to a prior personal injury judgment.
