Lazio omits Patric and Luca Pellegrini from Serie A squad list

Lazio submitted its official squad list for the 2026/27 campaign to Lega Serie A, leaving out defenders Patric and Luca Pellegrini. The club confirmed the roster following the conclusion of the summer transfer window. Patric was excluded due to ongoing injury concerns that kept the 32-year-old sidelined throughout the pre-season, while Luca Pellegrini is considered surplus to requirements as the club favors other options at left-back. Alessio Romagnoli was also omitted from the list as he departs the club to join Al-Sadd in Qatar. Lazio’s registration includes new signings such as Alfonso Pedraza, Danilho Doekhi, Davide Frattesi, Josip Sutalo, Andrea Pinamonti, and Albert Gudmundsson. Clubs must maintain their registered squads until the January transfer market opens, with limited exceptions for roster adjustments.
