Lazio continues negotiations for striker Andrea Pinamonti while struggling to meet Mauro Icardi’s salary demands. Icardi seeks €5 million annually, but Lazio can only offer €2.5 million. The club’s need for a striker intensified after their Coppa Italia elimination. Lazio aims to secure Pinamonti on loan, pending Sassuolo's agreement on a replacement and the player extending his contract, which expires in 2027. Another meeting with Pinamonti’s agent, Giuseppe Riso, took place recently, focusing solely on the Italian forward.
