LeBron James departs 76ers practice by helicopter in Philadelphia

LeBron James left his first training camp practice with the Philadelphia 76ers on September 29 by helicopter. His departure, which followed a day of media appearances including wearing his No. 23 jersey at media day, signifies his planned routine of splitting time between Philadelphia and New York. The unusual exit attracted attention, underscoring the elevated interest in the 76ers after James joined the franchise. Coach Nick Nurse acknowledged that the team would face heightened media scrutiny this season due to James' presence and emphasized the importance of team cohesion amid this shift.
