LeBron James seeking contract decision without waiting for Anthony Davis trade

LeBron James and his agent Rich Paul are not waiting for any developments on Anthony Davis's trade status before finalizing James's next contract. Sources indicate James remains a free agent as interest circulates among several NBA teams this summer. His son, Bronny James, expressed uncertainty about his father's future location, implying a lack of clarity even within the family. Meanwhile, discussions around potential teams continue, with the Miami Heat emerging as a front-runner to sign James despite differing opinions on Davis’s trade viability.
