Leeds United has completed the signing of 16-year-old winger Silva Mexes following his departure from the Manchester United youth system. The Thailand youth international joined the Thorp Arch academy setup after contract negotiations regarding his first-team pathway stalled at Old Trafford. Mexes, who previously played for Ipswich Town, did not make a competitive senior appearance during the 2025/26 season. While the teenager is known for his speed, he is expected to begin his development with the club's U18 and U21 squads.
