Leicestershire faces formal charges regarding the condition of the Grace Road pitch

The Cricket Regulator has charged Leicestershire with breaching England and Wales Cricket Board pitch regulations following a Division One County Championship match against Glamorgan. Match officials reported the surface after Glamorgan was dismissed for 214 while chasing a target of 257 on the final day.
