Leonard Moore of Notre Dame named to Wuerffel Trophy Watch List

Leonard Moore, a junior cornerback for Notre Dame, has been selected for the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy Watch List. This award honors college football players who demonstrate community service, academic excellence, and athletic performance. Moore has also earned spots on multiple other preseason award watch lists, including the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team and the Lott IMPACT Trophy. His community work includes leading initiatives to combat absenteeism and funding a basketball court in Senegal. Notre Dame previously had one winner of the Wuerffel Trophy in 2018 and several finalists in recent years.
