Leones Negros defeats Tapatío at AKRON Stadium in Liga de Expansión

Leones Negros secured a 3-1 victory over Tapatío on September 6 during Matchday 7 of the 2026 Apertura in the Liga de Expansión. The match, held at AKRON Stadium, featured an early goal by Oscar Gil in the 5th minute. Play was temporarily halted due to a storm that affected the pitch. Following the restart, Jahaziel Marchand extended the lead for Leones Negros in the 64th minute, and Sergio Hernández added a third goal in the 80th minute.
