Leverkusen shows interest in Union St-Gilloise's Mofokeng

Bayer Leverkusen is reportedly pursuing Relebohile Mofokeng from Union St-Gilloise, according to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri. The German club has made an inquiry and is closely monitoring the 22-year-old South African midfielder, who has established himself as a regular starter with five goals and four assists in 15 matches this season. LOSC Lille is also considering Mofokeng for future signings. St-Gilloise signed him for €3.5 million last summer and is expected to demand a higher transfer fee due to his performance and contract that runs until 2030.
