Levi Harper commits to Michigan hockey program for 2026-27 season

Levi Harper has committed to joining the Michigan hockey team for the 2026-27 NCAA season. Harper, who played for the Saginaw Spirit, led OHL rookie defensemen in scoring with 57 points last year. He previously received the OHL's Bobby Smith Trophy for academic excellence and joins a talented Michigan blueline that includes projected top draft pick Landon DuPont. Michigan is set to kick off the season with a home-and-home series against Bowling Green on October 2 and October 3.
