Lil Yachty to face Baron Corbin at Sunday Night's Main Event

Trick Williams wants the United States championship back but Baron Corbin is none too keen on giving him another shot at it. He beat him for it, then beat him in a rematch. Why bother doing it again when he has nothing to offer? It turns out, though, that he kind of does have something to offer — Lil Yachty. So the stakes were made: Corbin gets to go Phil Anselmo with Yachty at Sunday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta: Five Minutes Alone, and if Yachty survives, then Trick Willy Wonka gets another crack at the United States championship. The former champ didn’t seem enthused but the popular rapper accepted with aplomb. It’s also worth pointing out that Corbin didn’t have the title with him for all this because, as he put it, the belt is getting a much needed haircut. It would seem, then, that we’re going back to the regular United States championship and will be done with the furry strap. I guess unless Trick wins it back. But Yachty has to survive first.
