As the Detroit Lions prepare for their training camp, discussions revolve around the potential ranking of their offense for the 2026 NFL season. Following a strong 2025 campaign where they ranked in the top 10 across several statistical categories, expectations are high. Key improvements include a restructured offensive line and the hiring of offensive coordinator Drew Petzing, whose previous experience offers a fresh outlook. However, uncertainty remains about the overall effectiveness, particularly with changes in the backfield. The Lions aim to solidify their spot among the league's elite offenses, contingent on the team's development in camp and preseason.

- •Significant changes include the signing of Cade Mays and drafting Blake Miller.
- •Drew Petzing replaces John Morton as offensive coordinator.
