Lions' Terrion Arnold scheduled for pretrial detention hearing

Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold appeared in court following his Wednesday arrest connected to an armed robbery and kidnapping in Tampa from February. He faces four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery, which could carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. Arnold, who has denied involvement through his spokesperson, will have a pretrial detention hearing on Monday where prosecutors will seek to deny him bond. He was the seventh person arrested in relation to the incident, with alleged victims reporting visible injuries from being threatened and robbed, but the state attorney’s office indicated no evidence ties them to the theft.
