Lisandro Martinez's errors raise questions over his Manchester United role

Michael Carrick's reliance on Lisandro Martínez is under scrutiny following multiple defensive mistakes this season. Six games in, Martínez's errors have not only impacted performances but also resulted in key dropped points, including an own goal against Fulham and a critical mistake against Tottenham Hotspur. Despite his skills as a ball-playing defender, these consistent liabilities may jeopardize Carrick's position if they continue. Fans and analysts are suggesting a reassessment of team selection to potentially include younger players like Leny Yoro, who has shown promise in recent matches.
