Little Chute football remains undefeated with win over Fox Valley Lutheran

Little Chute football improved to 2-0 with a 40-15 victory against Fox Valley Lutheran on August 27 at Fitzpatrick Field. The Mustangs outscored their opponents 18-0 in the second quarter, building a commanding 26-7 halftime lead. Senior quarterback Jaden Hermsen contributed two touchdown runs, and Trevor Verhagen added a 55-yard punt return for a touchdown. Meanwhile, Kimberly fell to 0-2 for the first time since 2004, losing 28-13 to Bay Port without starting quarterback Rylan Welch. Coach Chad Michalkiewicz remains optimistic about his team's potential despite the early-season struggles, emphasizing the need for continued improvement.
