Liverpool agrees to sign Djylian N’Guessan from Saint-Etienne

Liverpool FC has reached an agreement to sign 18-year-old winger Djylian N’Guessan from Saint-Etienne. The French youth international is expected to join the Premier League club next summer. The Saint-Nazaire native has entered the final months of his contract with the Ligue 2 side. As part of the transfer process, the club has permitted the striker to undergo a medical examination. N’Guessan has featured 13 times for Les Verts and recorded one goal during a Coupe de France match. His international record includes 12 goals in 14 appearances for the France U16 side and 11 goals in 11 games for the U17 team.
