Liverpool announce Turkish Airlines as new primary shirt sponsor starting next season

Liverpool have confirmed that Turkish Airlines will become the club’s main commercial partner and primary shirt sponsor beginning 1 June 2027. The agreement ends a seventeen-year association with current sponsor Standard Chartered, which has appeared on the team's matchday kit since 2010. While Standard Chartered will transition to a global partnership role, the new deal is expected to generate upwards of £60m annually. This revenue increase brings the club's sponsorship earnings in line with those of the Manchester clubs. The change follows the recent return to Adidas as the club's kit supplier. Over the last 35 years, Liverpool have utilized only two primary shirt sponsors, with this update marking the sixth brand to feature on the team's kit.
