Liverpool halt Ibrahim Mbaye pursuit amid ongoing Bradley Barcola talks

Liverpool has paused its attempt to sign PSG's Ibrahim Mbaye as it evaluates the player's asking price amid final discussions in the summer transfer window. Fabrizio Romano reports that while Liverpool has engaged in talks, the current valuation from PSG is viewed as too high. Concurrently, the club continues negotiations for Bradley Barcola, which Romano describes as developing steadily, although he does not expect an immediate breakthrough. The situation remains fluid, with Liverpool monitoring both players as the transfer window approaches its close.
