Liverpool secure Djylian N’Guessan through complex transfer arrangement

Liverpool finalized a strategic agreement to sign teenage striker Djylian N’Guessan despite restrictions on international loan allocations. Due to existing limits, the club cannot sign the player directly before sending him out on loan. Instead, N’Guessan will play the 2026/27 campaign at Brest on loan from Saint-Étienne, with a pre-contract agreement set to be signed in January.
