Liverpool signs France forward Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain

Liverpool signed Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain on a five-year contract today. The 23-year-old forward moves to Anfield for an initial fee of £106 million, a figure that may reach £123 million depending on performance clauses. Barcola, who secured back-to-back Champions League titles with Paris Saint-Germain in 2025 and 2026, will wear the No 29 shirt for his new club. The transfer follows recent high-profile acquisitions for the side, including Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz. Manager Andoni Iraola continues to reshape the squad, with additional winger signings currently under consideration while the club evaluates the potential departure of Cody Gakpo to Manchester City. Barcola cited the Anfield atmosphere and the ambition to compete for the Premier League title as primary factors in his decision to join the team.
