Los Angeles Rams release 16 players following practice squad roster adjustments

The Los Angeles Rams finalized their 17-man practice squad on Monday, one day after cutting 34 players from the organization. While half of the released roster returned to the practice squad, 16 players remain free agents. The team confirmed that Alex Johnson, who was waived with an injury designation, will revert to the injured reserve list after clearing waivers. Notable players who did not sign with the practice squad include A.J. Arcuri, Tyler Scott, and Al'zillion Hamilton. These individuals are now eligible to sign with other NFL franchises. The Rams have the option to fill additional practice squad spots should roster openings occur throughout the season.
