Los Angeles Rams release AJ Arcuri and Jack Bouwmeester

The Los Angeles Rams released offensive tackle AJ Arcuri and punter Jack Bouwmeester on August 30, 2026. Both players were cut as the organization trimmed its roster to the mandatory 53-player limit. Arcuri had been with the Rams since the 2022 NFL Draft, appearing in 10 games with one start during his tenure. Bouwmeester, who played at Michigan State in 2019, was released after failing to secure a spot on the final roster.
