LSU defense showcases young talent at fall camp Day 2

On August 6, the LSU Tigers held their first evening practice of fall camp, highlighting the development of two true freshman defensive tackles, Richard Anderson and Deuce Geralds, along with redshirt freshman safety Jhase Thomas. Anderson's impressive transformation and Thomas's unexpected ascension over veteran Temarcus Cooley stood out during a energetic and competitive practice. The coaching staff emphasized a strong focus on intensity and attention to detail. Observations included notable performances from Lamar Brown, TJ Dottery, Whit Weeks, and Ty Benefield. Media access will be restricted the following day, with Lane Kiffin set to address journalists after practice on August 8.
