LSU football pursues Trey Martin amid strong SEC competition

LSU is aggressively recruiting Louisiana native running back Trey Martin, a four-star prospect in the 2027 class. Martin, who ranks as the No. 12 running back nationally, is visiting LSU this month after attending a Junior Day in Baton Rouge in January. The Tigers recently added several running backs from the transfer portal and seek to enhance their depth at the position. LSU currently has commitments from three-star running back Brennen Lacey and looks to make a strong impression during Martin's official visit.
