Lucas Glover protests Aimpoint putting technique during 3M Open

Lucas Glover expressed his discontent with the Aimpoint putting technique by removing his shoes during the final round of the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities, Blaine, Minnesota. Glover, who improved to 6-under par with a birdie on the 10th hole, protested the technique he claims slows down play and creates excessive foot traffic around the hole. Following his protest, he recorded a triple bogey on the next hole. Glover, recently named Chairman of the Tour Player Advisory Council, may address Aimpoint in future discussions regarding Tour policies.
