Luke Toporowski signs with Augsburg Panthers after AHL seasons

Luke Toporowski has signed with the Augsburg Panthers in Germany's DEL for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The former Boston Bruins prospect played in the AHL for the past four seasons, most recently splitting time between the Hershey Bears and Colorado Eagles. In 38 games last season, he recorded eight goals and eight assists. Toporowski was involved in a trade at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline which sent him to the Minnesota Wild in exchange for Pat Maroon, who briefly played for the Bruins afterward. Toporowski previously played with the Providence Bruins and Iowa Wild in the AHL.
