The Elegance Brand was created by Ash to bring style to TNA. With the Personal Concierge by her side, the Elegance Brand expanded to include Heather, M, and Mr. Elegance. Ash has been missing for months, and that void created an opportunity for new leadership. M by Elegance tasted gold by winning the Knockouts tag team titles with Heather, but her ego went into overdrive after becoming the inaugural Knockouts TV champion. M arrogantly referred to Ash as a weak-minded individual and sassed Heather for costing her the Call Your Shot Gauntlet.
