Mac Jones praised by DeMarcus Robinson for clutch game performance

Summary

Mac Jones, quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, received praise from former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver DeMarcus Robinson during a recent interview. This recognition followed Jones's standout performance in a Week 5 overtime victory against the Los Angeles Rams last season, where he led the 49ers to a hard-fought 26-23 win. Jones acknowledged the significance of that game as a statement victory, especially given the team's short-handed roster. He expressed his desire for similar challenges in his career as he aims to strengthen ties with Robinson, who is entering his second season with San Francisco. Jones had earlier participated in Tight End University 2026, a program focused on developing tight ends in the NFL.
