Mainz receive 30 million euro bid for midfielder Kaishu Sano

Mainz 05 have received a transfer offer worth approximately 30 million euros for Kaishu Sano from an unnamed Premier League club. The proposal includes a sell-on clause for the German side. While Sano is reportedly interested in moving to England, Mainz sporting director Christian Heidel has previously expressed hesitation regarding a sale on deadline day, citing a need for time to manage the squad. Previous reports have linked Liverpool, Newcastle United, and Crystal Palace to the Japan international. A transfer at the current bid price is considered unlikely, as previous valuations for the midfielder have reached between 50 and 60 million euros.
