Manchester City concluded its summer transfer activity on deadline day with the signings of Iliman Ndiaye and Enzo Fernandez. These additions complete a squad rebuild for manager Enzo Maresca as he begins his tenure. The club also secured Elliot Anderson and Ayyoub Bouaddi to reinforce the midfield, while Allan joins the attacking rotation alongside established players including Erling Haaland and Phil Foden. Several departures marked the window, with Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Nico Gonzalez, and Tijjani Reijnders leaving the club. Although the team did not sign a new right-back, the club has fulfilled the requested squad adjustments.
