Manchester City explores signings of Elliot Anderson and Sandro Tonali

Summary

Manchester City is evaluating the potential acquisition of both Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest and Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United this summer. A third formal bid for Anderson is in preparation after an initial proposal was rejected. City is also considering Tonali, although Tottenham has entered the mix as a competitor for his signing. Personal terms with Anderson are reportedly set, and the discussions are rooted in City's assessment of both players as suitable midfield additions. A major financial commitment is anticipated for these potential transfers, particularly with Newcastle valuing Tonali at around €100 million.
