Manchester City have contacted Bournemouth regarding the situation of forward Eli Junior Kroupi, who has attracted attention from several top clubs. Bournemouth is reportedly reluctant to sell the 20-year-old, seeking to retain him for the upcoming 2026/27 season under new manager Marco Rose. The club is believed to value Kroupi at around £80 million and holds leverage with his contract running until 2030 without a release clause. City's interest aligns with previous dealings, having acquired Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth earlier this year. While initial contact has been made, Bournemouth's stance suggests any transfer discussions are likely to be postponed until at least January.
