Manchester City moves closer to signing Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille

Manchester City is nearing a deal for Morocco international Ayyoub Bouaddi valued at £85 million following successful negotiations with Lille. City officials believe that integrating Bouaddi immediately into the team will enhance his development as they plan for a midfield rebuild after significant World Cup performances heightened the player's profile. This move follows the recent £116 million acquisition of Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest. Manchester City aims to finalize terms with Lille soon, as they look to secure Bouaddi as one of the brightest young talents in European football.
