Manchester United, Arsenal, PSG pursue Mateus Fernandes despite relegations

Summary

Mateus Fernandes, currently with West Ham, faces interest from Manchester United, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain this summer. Despite being relegated in consecutive seasons with Southampton and West Ham, his performance as a tough-tackling midfielder and high work rate has drawn attention. Fernandes is seen as a strong alternative in a competitive midfield market, particularly to England's Elliot Anderson. West Ham has utilized him in a versatile role between a No 6 and No 8 in the last season.
