Manchester United eyes David Raum as potential January target from Leipzig

Manchester United is reportedly renewing interest in RB Leipzig's David Raum as a potential January signing. Raum, 28, is said to be open to a move away from Leipzig, where his contract expires next summer. With Luke Shaw's injury issues and United's need for defensive reinforcements, Raum aligns with their pressing goals. RB Leipzig is aware of the situation and intends to negotiate an extension with Raum to avoid a free transfer. United may pursue a permanent deal in January rather than waiting for a pre-contract agreement.
