Manchester United negotiates deal for Joshua Zirkzee to join Fiorentina

Summary

Fabrizio Romano reports that Manchester United is negotiating a deal for forward Joshua Zirkzee to join Fiorentina. The clubs are in advanced talks regarding a loan agreement that includes a buy clause. Fiorentina is pursuing Zirkzee as they prepare to replace Moise Kean, who is set to move to Como. Zirkzee has not seen much action this season, having been an unused substitute in United’s recent loss to Hull City, prompting speculation about his desire for more playing time. A £4.2 million loan fee to United has been agreed upon, but the buyout fee remains undisclosed.
