Manchester United shows interest in Ismaila Sarr from Crystal Palace

Summary

Manchester United has reportedly shifted focus to acquiring Ismaila Sarr from Crystal Palace after missing out on Mateus Fernandes. The club is looking for a versatile attacker, with Sarr viewed as an ideal fit. Having impressed as a striker at the World Cup, Sarr's reputation has grown following his significant contributions to Palace's UEFA Conference League success. United has initiated contact with Sarr's representatives to learn more about his situation. Crystal Palace would likely seek a substantial return on their investment in Sarr, who signed in 2024 for less than £15 million.
