Manchester United targets Fulham midfielder Sander Berge this summer

Summary

Manchester United has expressed interest in Fulham midfielder Sander Berge, according to journalist Ben Jacobs. Berge, who had a strong season at Fulham without scoring, is seen as a viable option alongside Mateus Fernandes and Carlos Baleba. With his current contract expiring in 2029, Manchester United may face challenges in negotiating a favorable transfer. Berge's experience and versatility could enhance United's midfield under manager Michael Carrick. The club is expected to consider making a move for him as the transfer window progresses.
