Marcus Mozer, a former Fossil Ridge standout, has been named Blue FCU's top impact college football player from the Fort Collins area. The wide receiver, now playing for Northern Colorado, previously played at San Diego State before transferring closer to home. Mozer, a 2025 SaberCat graduate, set multiple receiving records at Fossil Ridge and earned all-state honors in his senior year. He will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact this season as Northern Colorado lost its top five pass-catchers over the offseason. Mozer is set to debut for the Bears on August 28 against Weber State in Greeley.
