The Seattle Mariners placed RHP Matt Brash on the 15-day injured list due to a right lat strain, retroactive to June 9. INF Ryan Bliss has been optioned to Triple-A Tacoma to make room for Brash's replacement, RHP Domingo González, who was recalled.
