Mark Few returns to Team USA coaching staff for 2028 Olympics

Gonzaga Bulldogs coach Mark Few has been named one of three assistants on Erik Spoelstra’s Team USA staff for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. Few joins Oklahoma City Thunder coach Mark Daigneault and Detroit Pistons coach JB Bickerstaff, working alongside Spoelstra, who previously led the team to gold at the 2024 Olympics. Few’s involvement maintains his significant role with USA Basketball as they prepare for the 2027 FIBA World Cup in Doha, Qatar. The team aims to qualify for the Olympics while Few continues his tenure with Gonzaga, likely extending over the next two seasons.
