Mark Madden predicts Steelers' coaching staff will improve under McCarthy

Pittsburgh radio host Mark Madden expressed confidence in the Steelers' new coaching staff under head coach Mike McCarthy. Madden indicated that this change could reflect a significant upgrade from former coach Mike Tomlin's staff, stating that the current coaches are already demonstrating a more organized approach. The Steelers are also expected to benefit from new player additions like Michael Pittman Jr. and Jamel Dean after a disappointing playoff performance last season. Madden's comments came during a segment on 105.9 The X on June 8, 2026.
