Marseille defender Medina interested in joining Bayer Leverkusen

Facundo Medina, currently with Olympique Marseille, has expressed a desire to move to Bayer Leverkusen this summer. Leverkusen is looking to replace Alejandro Grimaldo and Medina, who is under contract until 2030 after a transfer from RC Lens, is a candidate. The 27-year-old can play as a left-back or central defender. His interest in joining Leverkusen comes shortly after the club was linked to him. Other candidates for the left-back position include Miguel Gutiérrez from SSC Napoli.
