Marseille hints at possibility of no signings during transfer window

Marseille Sporting Director Grégory Lorenzi indicated that the club may not make any signings during the summer transfer window. Financial strain has led the club to transfer-list key assets, including Igor Paixão and Leonardo Balerdi, who is expected to join AS Roma on loan. Lorenzi emphasized the need to clear approximately €150 million in player sales and wages by June 2027.
