Marty Wright recalls age deception on WWE Tough Enough

Marty Wright, known as The Boogeyman, shared his experience of lying about his age while auditioning for WWE's reality series "Tough Enough" in 2005. Wright, then 40, claimed to be 30 on his application to improve his chances of being selected. He performed well during the tryouts but was ultimately eliminated after he repeated the false age. After refusing to leave the tryout site, he expressed his capabilities to the WWE officials, which he believes led to his eventual hiring by Vince McMahon. Wright made his debut as The Boogeyman in October 2005 after developing his skills in Ohio Valley Wrestling.
