Marvins Antoine, UMass Dartmouth RB, fatally stabbed in Rhode Island

Marvins Antoine, an 18-year-old freshman running back at UMass Dartmouth, was fatally stabbed early Saturday in Providence, Rhode Island. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in a Wendy's parking lot following an altercation at Mezza Lounge. Antoine suffered stab wounds to his chest and was pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital. Another UMass Dartmouth player, Kensley Macean, also sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the incident. The university released a statement expressing condolences and mourning Antoine's loss.
