Mass. basketball coach honors father with ALS tournament

The Wally Seaver High School Invitational concluded on Sunday at Mass Premier Courts in Foxborough, featuring around 150 teams from across New England. Created by Paul Seaver in 2012 to honor his late father, Wally Seaver, who died from ALS, the tournament also raises funds for ALS research. Coaches and players emphasized the larger purpose of the event, promoting awareness about ALS while playing the game they love.
